No-Fault Remake Policy

 

CusDeLa Laboratory is pleased to process all remake s or adjustments the original product at no additional charge if requested with in the first 90 days from the date of delivery.  If the remake as a different product of equal or greater value, the customer only charged for the difference in cost, If the customer not satisfied, and the original product returned, the customer will get the full refund at original price paid.

 

Limited Warranty

 

CusDeLa Laboratory warrants all dental devices are made according to your specification and approval in the belief that the device will be useful and make no other warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The warranties of the products from the date of purchase, as follows:

•  All Zirconia crown and Bridge; e-max crown; single unit inlay/onlay, up to 5 years. 

•  All metal crowns and bridge, up to 7 years.

•  Porcelain to metal, Porcelain to zirconia, Porcelain to e.Max, up to 3 years.

•  Maryland and inlay/onlay bridges, up to 6 months.

This warranty is not transferable and does not extend to any patients. The lab will not liable for any loss or damages arising after the products delivered, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental.
